Range of exhibition
1. Submit the company name, product name, contact person, contact information, etc. to Juzhan for follow-up communication with customer service;
2. Communicate with exhibitors about booth requirements, and confirm the type and area of the reserved booth;
3. Juzhan will provide exhibitors with a written booth quotation;
4. For exhibitions that have not shown the booth plan: the exhibitor signs a booth pre-application contract with Juzhan, stamped in duplicate, and pays a deposit for the reserved booth: 10,000 yuan. After successfully applying for the booth and confirming the location, the exhibitor will pay the remaining booth fee. If the booth is not successfully applied for, the company will return all the deposits within 2 working days;
5. For exhibitions with booth plans: Juzhan will provide exhibitors with optional booth plans, and sign a booth contract after the company confirms the specific booth, and the stamp will be effective in duplicate, and the booth fee agreed in the contract will be paid;
6. After the booth is determined, Juzhan will provide and receive the exhibition catalog application form, invitation letter application form, exhibit transportation form, basic booth construction form, hall entry permit information form, on-site service notice, etc. to exhibitors in turn according to the progress of the time;
7. Before the launch, Juzhan will provide exhibitors' entry permits;
8. Seven working days after the end of the exhibition, a formal invoice will be issued to the exhibitors;
9. After the exhibition, Juzhan will provide enterprises with supporting documents and materials needed to apply for subsidies for overseas exhibitions, and assist enterprises in applying for booth subsidies;
10. Juzhan collects comments and feedback from exhibitors on the exhibition, and improves Juzhan services.
